从电气系统角度出发,重点阐述了斗轮挖掘机电控系统的设计。首先,综合比较了上一代国外产品的特点以及本项目设计的电控系统特点;然后针对电控系统的供电、驱动、控制等关键部分分别进行了阐述;最后,总结了设计的电控系统的优点以及需要改进的内容。

This paper focuses on the design of the bucket wheel excavator electrical control system.Firstly,a comprehensive comparison of the characteristics of the previous generation of foreign products is carried out,and the new electrical control system features of this project are introduced.Then the power supply and drive control for electrical control system are respectively described.Finally,the advantages of the electrical control system is summed up,and the issues need for improvement is pointed out.
