“一带一路”沿线国家孔子学院发展现状、问题及对策研究——以白俄罗斯孔子学院为个案

A study on current situation,problems and countermeasures of Confucius institutes in the countries along “one belt and one road”——Taking Confucius institutes in Belarus as an example

孔子学院为"一带一路"建设提供了人文支撑,为促进沿线国家民心相通发挥着重要作用。以"一带一路"沿线国家白俄罗斯为例,从教学情况、师资情况、文化活动、承办国家汉办重点项目、资金来源等方面分析了孔子学院的发展现状,在此基础上探讨了其面临的机遇与存在的问题,进而提出了"一带一路"沿线国家孔子学院的发展策略:全面规划孔子学院的发展,助力"一带一路";着力加强师资队伍建设,提升孔子学院的发展潜力;切实设置多元化课程,培养复合型汉语人才;积极推进本土化教材编写,适应课程需求;不断创新跨文化传播方式,加速中华文化走向世界;大力拓宽资金来源渠道,为孔子学院发展提供充分的资金保障。

Confucius institute offers humanistic support for China＇s Belt and Road Initiative and plays an important role in promoting people-to-people ties in countries along the Belt and Road.This paper takes Belarus as an example,and analyzes the current situations of Confucius Institute from five aspects,including situation of teaching,teaching faculty,cultural activities,key projects undertaken from Confucius Institute Headquarters and channels of funding.Based on this,it discusses the opportunities and existing problems,and then it puts forward developing strategies for the Confucius Institutes in the Countries along the Belt and Road：planning the development of Confucius institute comprehensively to boost the Belt and Road Construction;strengthening the construction of teaching staff to enhance the development potential of Confucius institute;developing diversified courses to cultivate interdisciplinary talents;promoting the compilation of local teaching materials actively to meet the demands of curriculum;innovating the ways of cross-cultural communication constantly to accelerate the Chinese culture to the world;broadening the channels of funding to provide adequate funding for the development of Confucius Institute.
