摘要
文献[1]研究和讨论了二重配合的概率设计问题。本文讨论大批量生产中二重配合件的抽样检查与统计推断问题:提出质量检验标准值的确定方法,讨论装配后内配合量的均值、方差及过盈概率等质量指标的抽样检查和统计推断步骤与方法,给出在计算机上进行这种模拟检验的例子。
This paper is concerned with the random sampling cheek and the statistical inference of three main statistical parameters, i. e., the mean value, the variance and the interference probability of internal fits after assembly when the external fits are of interference or transitional ones. Methods for the determination of standard check value of the above-mentioned three statistical parameters are given and the procedures for their random sampling check and statistical inference discussed. A practical example of modelling the random sampling check and the statistical inference on a computer Is investigated in order to assess the feasibility and reliability of the method proposed.
