大学生科技创新活动与创新教育的实证研究——以武汉科技大学”挑战杯”赛事为例

An Empirical Study on College Students' Innovation Activities and Innovation Education: Take Challenge Cup in Wuhan University of Science and Technology as an Example

在高校创新教育备受重视的背景下,笔者提出了人才个性发展和创新氛围等因素对大学生创新能力培养的影响。接着,并以武汉科技大学的"挑战杯"赛事为例,分析了大学生创新活动的开展现状,指出了学生缺乏主动性、制度存在缺陷、活动质量不可控、经济成果转化率较低等不足,并提出建立师生激励机制等制度设计和实施层面的改革建议。

In the context of the importance of innovation education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the influence of the development of talent personality and innovation atmosphere on the cultivation of college students’ innovative ability. Then, taking Wuhan University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of college students’ innovative activities, points out the problems such as the lack of initiative, the defects of the system, the uncontrollable quality of activities, the low transformation rate of economic achievements, And proposes to establish the teacher-student incentive mechanism and other system design and implementation level of reform proposals.
