摘要
为了满足部分工程对混凝土透水性能的特殊要求,研制了一种新型的透水钢筋混凝土.将透水混凝土与防腐钢筋相结合,将普通钢筋混凝土中的混凝土用满足设计要求的透水混凝土替代,将普通钢筋混凝土中的钢筋用经过特殊处理的防腐蚀钢筋替代,并协调水胶比、流变性、强度和孔隙率之间的关系,制成新型透水钢筋混凝土.应用实践表明,该新型透水钢筋混凝土具有较好的力学性能,能够满足城市区域降雨期间的排水通畅,保护区域水资源和地下水位.
In order to meet the special requirements of permeability and waterproofness proper-ties of concrete in some construction proj ects,a new type of permeable reinforced concrete is pro-posed,which combines the permeable concrete with anticorrosive steel.The concrete in the ordi-nary reinforced concrete is replaced by permeable concrete which meets the design requirements, the steel in the ordinary reinforced concrete is replaced by anticorrosive steel with special treat-ment,and the relationship between water-cement ratio,rheological properties,intensity and po-rosity is coordinated to produce permeable reinforced concrete.The application examples show that this new type of permeable reinforced concrete is of good mechanical properties that can real-ize smooth drainage in urban area during rainfall period and protect regional water resources and underground water level.
