摘要
通过分析EBZ320掘进机铲板星轮的装载容积及受力情况,得到施加在星轮上的载荷,利用Pro/E对铲板星轮进行实体建模及ANSYS Workbench 2.0对模型结构和模态进行有限元分析,得到其强度和振型,为进一步对铲板星轮的优化设计及铲板星轮驱动力和装配间隙的选取提供了理论依据.
The load of star wheel was gotten through analyzing the loading volume and the force condition of shovel plate's star wheel of roadheader EBZ320.The solid model of shovel plate's star wheel is established based on the 3D software Pro/E.Based on that,this paper carries out FEM analysis on model structure and mode by ANSYS Workbench,gets its intensity and mode shape,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing designing,the choose of driving force and the installation clearance of shovel plate’s star wheel.
