摘要
我国非营利组织人力资源管理面临人员数量紧缺、人员专业水平低、人员结构不合理、人员流动频繁等发展困境,参照新加坡非营利组织人力资源管理的实践经验,我国非营利组织人力资源管理应从政府政策支持与非盈利组织治理创新方面作出努力。
Non-profit organization of human resource management in China is facing many development difficulties, such as staff shortage, low professional level, unreasonable personnel structure, high staff turnover, etc. Referencing Singapore experience of Non- profit organization of human resource management practice, this essay put forward the development strategies of the non-profit organization of human resource management from the perspective of government policy support and non-profit organi- zation governance innovation.
