道德激励影响下高校贫困生心理健康成长研究

On the Mental Health Growth of Needy Students in Colleges and Universities under the Influence of Moral Incentive

高校贫困生是一个需要特别关注的群体,从高校贫困生较普遍存在的心理健康问题分析入手,从认知标准、情感标准和行为标准视角就高校贫困生群体心理健康标准进行了研究,提出通过理想激励、榜样激励、批评激励、成就感和荣誉感激励等道德激励模式促进我国高校贫困生心理健康发展。

The needy students in colleges and universities need special attention. Through the analysis of poor college students＇ psychological health standard and moral incentive structure and in terms of educating students in the funding work for needy students,this paper studies the existing moral problems in current college needy students.Meanwhile,it discusses the application and practice of moral incentives,such as dream incentive,criticism incentive and example incentive,thus comprehensively promoting needy students＇ psychological health growth with the help of the external moral evaluation.
