论高职院校人文素质综合养成与测评系统的构建

The Construction of the System for the Cultivation of Integrated Humanistic Quality and Its Evaluation in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高职教育中的人文素质教育存在较为严重的问题,对此可以通过构建人文素质综合养成与测评系统予以解决。这一系统包含人文素质的培养体系和测评体系两个子模块,它的构建必须遵循一定的技术路线,同时综合考虑各种要素:专门的团队机构、综合性的教育内容与手段、具体可操作的计划指标。

Currently,there are serious problems in the humanistic quality education in higher vocational Education.It can be solved by building an system of integrated humanistic quality cultivation and evaluation. This system includes two sub-modules,which are training system and evaluation system of humanistic quality. Its construction must follow certain technique routes and take various elements into consideration.
