摘要
自媒体时代下,高校大学生对于"话语权"的需求更为迫切,高校团日活动面临着挑战和机遇。文章分析了当下高校团日活动存在的问题,结合自媒体为当下高校团日活动带来的新机遇,从精神引领、队伍培养、活动平台构建三个方面探索自媒体背景下团日活动的有效策略,力图打造多维度、立体化、有层次的团日活动。
In the era of We Media,as college students eagerly seek for speaking right,college league activity is facing challenges and opportunities. The paper analyzes the existing problems in the current activities. Combined with the new opportunities from We Media,it explores the effective strategies of the activities in the era of We Media from the following four perspectives of spiritual guidance,team cultivation,and reserve force and activity platform in order to carry out multi-dimensional and stratified activities.
