School-enterprise cooperation is an important way of the running of higher vocational colleges. Combining with the successful experiences of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper sums up the problems in the practical training of the civil work. Based on the specific guidance principles,it probes into the practice education of practical training of the civil work in the field of Architectural Engineering Technology with the core of capability cultivation.
