摘要
【目的】建立高效液相色谱法测定20%氯胺嘧草醚悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。【方法】使用Acclaim C18色谱柱,以乙腈和水作为流动相(体积比80:20),检测波长为245nm,对氯胺嘧草醚进行定量分析。【结果】当氯胺嘧草醚的质量浓度为11.7~468mg/L时,该方法的线性相关系数为1.0000,相对标准偏差为0.11%,平均回收率为99.09%。【结论】该方法具有较宽的线性范围,准确度、精密度好,操作方便,可以用作氯胺嘧草醚悬浮剂的定量分析。
[Aims] The HPLC method for determination of ZJ1835 20% SC was established. [Methods] The sample was analyzed with Acclaim C18 column, and with the mixture soultion of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase (80:20, by vol) at 245 nm. [Results] When the concentration of ZJ1835 was between 11.7 and 468 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 1.0000, the relative standard deviation was 0.11%, and the recovery rate was 99.09%. [Conclusions] The described method has a wide linear range, high precision and accuracy, and easy to operate, which can be used in determination of Z J1835 suspension concentrate.
