自主研发农药环己磺菌胺的专利申请和保护现状

Patent Application and Protection for Fungicide Chesulfamide

环己磺菌胺是由中国农业大学自主研发的含有磺酰胺结构的杀菌剂,以该化合物为代表的系列化合物在2005年申请专利并获得授权。此后,多家农药公司申请了环己磺菌胺的复配组合物专利,部分申请已经获得了授权。探讨了环己磺菌胺的专利申请和保护现状,为今后自主研发农药的专利保护提供借鉴。

Chesulfamide is a fungicide developed by the China Agricultural University. The series compounds were applied for invention patents in 2005 and granted in 2009. Later, a number of patent applications on fungicide compositions comprised chesulfamide were filed by some pesticide manufacturing companies, some of which were already granted. The patent application and protection for chesulfamide were discussed, and some suggestions on patent protection were given.
