光纤动态疲劳参数的两种测试方法及其差异分析 被引量:1

摘要 由光纤筛选实验寿命预期模型可知,影响光纤寿命的主要参数有威布尔指数m、应力腐蚀敏感性参数n和筛选应力与静态应力比值。文章重点讨论了轴向张力法和两点弯曲法对光纤寿命的重要评价指数动态疲劳参数Nd值的影响及判定。对两种测试方法测得的G.652D光纤的Nd值进行统计,对优缺点进行了分析。结果表明,轴向张力拉伸法可以很好地发现光纤强度问题,但实现过程中光纤容易打滑,而两点弯曲法则相反。在实际测试过程中应综合使用两种测试方法。 Life expectancy by an optical fiber screening test model shows that the main parameters affecting the life of the opti- cal fiber are Weibull exponent m, stress corrosion susceptibility parameter n and the ratio of screening stress and static stress. This paper mainly focuses on the effects and determination of axial tension method and two-point bending method to the value of Nd, which is a key parameter to evaluate the fiber life. The values of Nd under the two test methods for G. 652D are statisti- cally measured. The advantages and disadvantages of these two methods are also analyzed. Axial tension stretching method can find good fiber strength issue, but the implementation of optical fiber can be slippery. The bending method can well avoid fiber slippage problem, but it is difficult to find the strength of the optical fiber. Based on the above results, we suggest that both the test methods should be used in real application scenario.
