摘要
通过再生胶粉改性等规聚丙烯(i-PP),研究不同共混比对共混材料性能影响;通过再生胶粉与无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)共混制备热塑性弹性体,并通过改变工艺、加入增容剂及硫化剂等方法提高其性能。结果表明,再生胶粉可提高i-PP的冲击强度,但会不同程度地降低i-PP的其它性能;再生胶粉与PP-R的共混质量比为70/30时,加入过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),共混材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度明显提高,拉伸强度由6.8MPa增加到11.2MPa,拉断伸长率由163%增加到239%,撕裂强度由36.4kN/m增加到57.7kN/m。
The article researched the influences of the reclaimed rubber powder(premixed rubber powder)content to properties of blending materials.Through the reclaimed rubber and random copolymerization polypropylene(PP-R)blend,we prepared the thermal plastic elastomer,and by changeing processing,adding compatibilizer and curing agent and other methods,we improved its performance.The results showed that the reclaimed rubber can improve the impact strength of isotactic PP,but other properties will be reduced in different content.When the recycled rubber power to PP ratio is 70to30,the tensile strength and tear strength of blending materials increased significantly that the tensile strength increased to 11.2MPa from 6.8MPa,elongation at break increased to 239%from 163% and tear strength increased to 57.7kN/m from 36.4kN/m compared with recycled rubber powder and PP blending system because of the addition of DCP.
