摘要 研究了催化剂AN-33用量对聚氨酯软质泡沫形态结构的影响,并对泡沫进行了扫描电镜(SEM)、表观芯密度、拉伸性能和动态力学性能(DMA)的测试。结果表明,随着AN-33用量的增大,泡沫材料的孔径逐渐增大,断裂伸长率和拉伸强度下降,玻璃化转变温度和阻尼温域相差不大;当AN-33用量为3.0质量份时,玻璃化转变温度和损耗因子较高,表明AN-33的用量对泡沫制备过程中的发泡反应有显著影响,通过改变孔结构进而影响泡沫结构和性能。 In this paper,the effect of catalyst AN-33 content on the morphology and structure of polyurethane soft foam was studied,and the foam was tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),apparent core density,tensile property and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).The results showed that with the increase of the amount of AN-33,the pore size of foam materials increased and the elongation at break and the tensile strength decreased,and the glass transition temperature and the damping temperature range were of little difference.When the dosage of AN-33 was 3.0phr,the glass transition temperature and loss factor were slightly higher.It showed that the amount of AN-33 has a significant effect on the foaming reaction during the foaming process,and the structure and properties of the foam can be affected by changing the pore structure.
