基于ABAQUS/FE-SAFE的动车组橡胶地板减振器疲劳寿命研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究动车组橡胶地板减振器的疲劳特性,应用ABAQUS软件对橡胶地板减振器结构建模并对其典型工况下的静力特性进行了模拟分析。结果表明,橡胶地板减振器中部圆孔两侧的位置为应力集中区域,容易产生疲劳裂纹,进而导致疲劳破坏。在有限元分析结果的基础上,采用FE-SAFE软件对橡胶减振器进行正弦疲劳载荷谱下的疲劳寿命分析,获得橡胶地板减振器在满载条件下的疲劳寿命为6 309 573次,为改进动车组橡胶地板减振器结构、提高其疲劳寿命提供了一定的理论基础。 The fatigue property of the rubber floor absorbers of EMU was researched in this paper,and a modeling of its structure and the static analysis in typical conditionsare were obtained by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.Research results showed that:It is easy to be stress concentration in the both sides of central hole of the rubber floor absorber and easy to produce fatigue crack,and it can lead to the fatigue damage of rubber floor absorber.The FE-SAFE software is used to calculate the fatigue life under sine fatigue loading spectrum based on the results of finite element analysis,and the fatigue life of the rubber floor absorber under condition of full load is 6 309 573 times of vibrationin order to provide preference for improving structure and enhancing fatigue life of rubber floor absorbers of EMU.
