摘要 社区获得性肺炎(CAP)是急诊科最常见的感染类型,具有高发病率和死亡率,严重威胁着人类的健康。而目前 CAP 临床抗菌药物治疗现状并不乐观,细菌耐药问题日益严重。随着对药物代谢动力学(PK)/药效学(PD)研究的不断深入,依据PK/PD原理指导CAP抗菌药物治疗给药方案的制定和优化,对于提高临床疗效、减少不良反应和防止耐药发生具有重要意义。本文通过对检索相关文献进行综述分析,阐述CAP流行病学现状,对PK/PD指导的优化CAP抗菌治疗进行介绍。 Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)is one of the most common infectious diseases in the emergency department and a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, which is a serious threat to human health. However, current antibacterial therapy for CAP is unsatisfactory, and the increase in antimicrobial resistance complicates treatment. With the development of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics(PK/PD), application of PK/PD theory in development and optimization of antibacte-rial dosing regimens is of crucial importance in the enhancement of success therapy, reduction of adverse effects, and minimization of resistance emergence. This paper introduced epidemiology of CAP and opti-mization of antibacterial therapy for CAP under PK/PD theory by reviewing the related articles and com-prehensive analysis.
