二氧化硅微球的制备及其单层自组装工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用st?ber法制备二氧化硅微球,研究了加入正硅酸四乙酯的量对二氧化硅微球粒径的影响。用激光粒度分析仪研究了二氧化硅微球的粒径,用扫描电子显微镜研究了样品的形貌。并通过浸渍提拉法、垂直沉积法、旋涂法自组装二氧化硅微球,用电子显微镜进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的二氧化硅微球单分散性好,旋涂法自组装出单层且密排结构较好的二氧化硅微球。 Silica microspheres were prepared by the stober method; we had studied bow the amount of tetraethyl silicate added into influence on the particle size of silica microspheres. The particle size of silica microspheres had been studied by laser particle size analyzer, morphology of samples had been studied by scanning electron microscope. And silica microspheres had been self-assembled through impregnating pulling method, vertical deposition method, spin coating method, which had been characterized by scanning electron microscope. Results showed that the prepared silica mierospheras had a good monodispersity and the self-assembled silica microspberes by spin coating method had a single-layer and a better dense structure.
