摘要
对比了干法(CC-2500)和湿法(CC-6000)超细重钙的粒子形貌和粒径分布,并将其部分替代Ti O2用于制备ABS白色母粒,分析了两种Ca CO3替代部分Ti O2制备ABS母粒的色彩性能,对比了其冲击强度。结果表明:CC-6000的粒子形貌均匀规整、粒径细、粒径分布窄,采用CC-6000部分替代Ti O2样板的光泽度高、色差小,样条的冲击强度高。
The surface morphology and particle size distribution of two kinds of heavy calcium carbonates were analyzed by particle size distribution apparatus and scanning electron microscope, and they were used in ABS masterbatch to replace part of titanium dioxide. The effect of two kind of calcium carbonate on the color properties and impact strength were investigated. It was found that CC-6000 was uniform and neat with fine particle size and narrow distribution. The sample has higher glossiness, lower color difference value and higher impact strength when part of titanium dioxide was partly replaced by CC-6000.
