定量分析技术贯穿了各类仪器分析方法,本实验应用氟离子选择电极测定同一样品中氟含量,重点比较4种定量分析技术(直接比较法、标准曲线法、一次标准加入法、多次标准加入法)的测定步骤、计算处理方法,并对测定结果进行分析讨论。帮助学生将4种方法连成一个体系来比较学习探究,通过比较加深理解4种方法的分析步骤和计算过程,掌握在不同条件下4种定量方法如何合理选择。

Quantitative analysis through the various kinds of instrument analysis method, this experiment using fluorine ion selective electrode determination of the same sample, focusing on four kinds of quantitative technology （direct comparison method, standard curve method, a standard addition method, multiple standard addition method）, steps of analysis, calculation processing method, and the results are analyzed and discussed. Help students compare four kinds of methods together as a system to study, through the comparison to deepen understanding steps and calculation of the 4 methods, in the four kinds of methods how to reasonably choose different conditions.
