螺甾烷型甾体皂苷元开环反应的研究进展

Progress on Ring-opening Reaction of Spirostanol Saponins

螺甾烷型甾体皂苷元有着广泛的药理活性,比如抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、抗抑郁等,而且可以作为其他甾体类化合物的合成原料。文章从氧化条件、还原条件、路易斯酸催化条件这3个方面综述近年来关于螺甾烷型甾体皂苷元开环反应的研究进展,为螺环甾体皂苷元的研究提供更多的思路。

Spirostanol saponins have a lot of pharmacological activities, such as antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antivirus, antidepressant, and can be used as starting materials of other steroidal compounds. In the paper, from three aspects divided into oxidative condition, reductive condition, eonditon under catalysis of Lewis acid, we reviewed in recent years about the ring-opening reaction of spirostanol saponins, which can provide more ideas for the research of spirostanol saponins.
