摘要
膜分离技术被认为是20世纪末21世纪中期最有发展前途的高新技术之一,特别适合现代工业对节能环保、提高生产效率、低品种原料再利用和消除环境污染的需要,也将成为实现经济可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)由于其优良的可加工性能、化学和热稳定性、抗污染性,非常适合作为膜材料应用于水处理及工业分离等领域。文章简要介绍了PVDF材料的理化性质和特点,重点介绍了当前PVDF多孔膜的常见几种制备方法,并进一步分析了各种制备方法的优缺点和当前的研究情况,最后详述了PVDF多孔膜在水处理及工业分离领域的当前应用情况以及PVDF多孔膜未来的应用前景和发展趋势。
Membrance sparation technology is considered to be one of the most promising technologies during the end of 20th century to the middle of the 21 st century. It is particularly suitable to meet the needs of energy conservation and environmental protection, higher productivity, scarce raw materials recycle in the modem industrial field. People believe it will also be an important part to realize the sustainable development strategy of economy. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) due to its excellent precessibility, chemical and thermal stability and pollution resistant behavior, is very suitable to be a membrane material using in the water treatment and industrial separation field. The paper briefly introducing the physical and chemical properties of PVDF and its' characteristic. It focuses on the preparation methods of PVDF porous membrane and further analysis each method advantage and disadvantage and their current research situation. Finally, the paper details the current application situation of PVDF porous membrane in the field of water treatment and industrial separation and meanwhile outlooks the PVDF porous membrane future development prospect and tendency.
