药物洗脱球囊在心血管介入治疗中的应用进展与前景展望

摘要 药物洗脱球囊作为一种新的心血管介入技术,因其无聚合物载体、无永久植入物而得到了越来越多的关注。文章主要论述了药物洗脱球囊、药物洗脱球囊协同金属裸支架以及药物洗脱球囊协同药物洗脱支架的临床效果,发现药物洗脱球囊不仅在治疗支架内再狭窄、小血管病变、原发病变中安全和有效,通过与金属裸支架以及药物洗脱支架协同使用,在部分更复杂的病变、高危病变中也表现出非常大的应用前景。 Drug eluting balloon (DEB)is an emerging device because it is without the use a durable polymer and metal scaffold. In the article, we mainly review the clinical effect of drug eluting balloon, drug eluting balloon together with bare-mental stent (BMS), drag eluting balloon together with drug eluting stent(DES). It has showed that drug eluting balloon is not only safe and effective in in-stent restenosis, small-caliber vessel, de nero lesion, but also very attractive in some of complex coronary lesions and high-risk lesions when we use drug eluting balloon together with bare-mental stent or drug ehiting stem.
