农村固体废弃物的资源化处理方法及措施

The Recycling Method and Treatment of Rural Solid Waste

固体废弃物已经严重影响了农村的环境卫生和人们的身体健康。文章基于农村固体废弃物的来源及特点,提出通过宣传教育让村民了解固体废弃物回收的意义和价值,并建立长期有效的农村固体废弃物处理的资金投入机制、运行机制和管理机制;采取统一规划、科学布点、集中处理,建立网格回收渠道等方式回收和处理农村固废;同时政府从政策上支持固废处理企业,鼓励人们使用再生产品,双管齐下,使农村固体废物的处理达到无害化和资源化。

Solid waste is harmfully to the rural sanitation and people＇s health. In the paper, based on the source and characteristics of rural solid waste, the publicity and education were offered to make people know the value of solid waste recycling. A long-term effective funding mechanisms, operating mechanisms and management mechanisms of rural solid waste were also established. The solid waste was recycled and disposed by means of coordinated planning, rationality layout, centralized treatment, and actualizing recycling grids. Meanwhile, the solid waste treatment enterprises should been sponsored by government, and the people should be encouraged to use the re-production. And the purpose of harmless and regenerative rural solid waste disposal will be realized by these two methods.
