广东省某生活垃圾卫生填埋场环境与安全综合整治

The Safe and Environment Comprehensive Improvement Study of a Domestic Waste Sanitary Landfill of Guangdong Province

填埋作为城市生活垃圾最终处置方式,以工艺简单、投资省、处理量大、运行费用低等特点得到广泛应用。随着城镇居民对生活环境质量要求的提高和城市化进程的加快,垃圾填埋过程产生的恶臭污染问题日益突出;由于没有重视控制地表径流和地下渗水,导致渗沥液产量很大,给后期的渗沥液处理造成很大压力且对土体和周边环境存在着巨大的污染威胁;填埋气的无序排放,存在燃烧、爆炸的安全隐患。对运营管理不规范、设计存在缺陷的垃圾填埋场进行整治迫在眉睫。通过本项目的研究对未按照规范进行作业的填埋场进行有效的环境与安全综合整治,最大化的减小填埋场对周边环境的影响。为我国正在使用的运营管理不规范、设计存在缺陷的生活垃圾卫生填埋场的综合整治提供一定的理论和实践支持。

As the final disposal of domestic waste, landfill is widely used because of its simple, low investment, large capacity and low operating costs. The stench pollution problems of landfill are increasing along with the high requirement for living environment and acceleration of urbanization process. Since lacking enough emphasis on the controlling for surface nmoffand subsurface filtration, large production of leachate causes great pressure to post leachate treatment, and also leads to great pollution threaten for soil and surrounding environment. Randomly emission of landfill gas may cause burring even explosion. The remediation for the landfill area with bad management and flaws in design is imminent. By studying on the project, the comprehensive improvement of environment and safety of the landfill which is not in accordance with the specification was carried out, and the effect of the landfill on surrounding environment was reduced considerably. Some theories and practical support will be given to some domestic waste sanitary landfill which with non-standard management and design flaws.
