摘要
由于改性塑料生产车间具有生产线数量多、单线产能小、生产品种多的特征,目前国内改性塑料生产车间成品包装码垛普遍由人工完成,成品包装码垛是改性塑料生产车间主要耗费人工的环节之一。文章详细介绍了一种针对改性塑料生产车间成品定量包装、机器人自动码垛的设计方案。该方案成功解决了改性塑料生产车间的自动化包装码垛问题,且该设计方案在国内最大改性塑料生产企业金发科技股份有限公司成功投入使用,具有较高的推广价值。
