摘要
水环境中的易挥发有机物是判断水污染状况的重要标准之一。目前,气-质联用分析仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometr,GC/MS)被广泛应用于复杂组分的分离与鉴定,这种方法既可以高效分离,又具有准确鉴定化合物结构的特点,特别适合对水中易挥发有机物进行检测。文章主要是通过GC/MS对学校周边的花溪河、静湖、长江以及生活用水四种水体环境中的甲苯含量进行检测分析,通过灵敏度、准确度的检测,为快速监测水体的污染状况提供参考。
The content of volatile organic compounds in water environment is one of the important standards to judge the situation of water pollution. At present, GC/MS has been widely used in the separation and identification of complex components. The samples not only can be separated effectively but also have the characteristics of accurate identification of the compounds structures, especially for volatile organic compounds in water. In the paper, GC/MS was used to detect the toluene in Huaxi River, Jinghu, The Yangtze River and domestic water. Through sensitivity and accuracy of the test, the situation of environmental pollution can be accurately determined. These results provide the rapid monitoring of the water pollution.
