摘要 针对工科院校化工类人才的培养模式和生物工程专业学生的特点,对生物化学课程进行改革,主要为:以理论教学为基础,优化课程体系,改革教学方法;实验教学为载体,加强实践教学,培养学生基本操作能力、实验技能以及分析和解决实际问题的能力;第二课堂为拓展,全面发展学生的各种知识、科研思维和综合素质。 Biochemistry curriculum was reformed according to the training mode of chemical engineering talents in engineering colleges and the characteristics of the biological engineering students. The reform was as followed: the theoretical teaching as the basis, optimizing the curriculum system, reforming the teaching methods; the experimental teaching as the carrier, strengthening the practice teaching, cultivating students the ability of basic operation, experimental skills and the ability of practical problems analyzed and solved; The second class for development, the comprehensive development of students for various knowledge, scientific thinking and comprehensive quality.
