白油填充热塑性动态硫化EPDM/PPTPV的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用国产双螺杆挤出机,使用动态硫化的方法制备热塑性动态硫化EPDM/PPTPV材料,在固定橡塑比和硫化体系用量的前提下,研究了白油添加量对TPV溶体流动速率、邵氏硬度、拉伸性能和撕裂强度的影响。结果表明,随着白油添加量的增加,TPV材料的溶体流动速率也随之升高,而硬度、拉伸强度、100%定伸应力,断裂伸长率、撕裂强度等性能指标下降。白油添加薰高于40%时,TPV材料的综合力学性能较差,白油添加量在25%-40%时。TPV材料既有较好的柔软度,又具备一定的强度,材料综合性能较优。 EPDM/PP thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV)was prepared by the method of dynamic vulcanization in the domestic twin-screw extruder. The effect of white oil content on the flow properties, shore hardness, tensile properties and tear strength were studied under the premise of unchangeless rubber plastic ratio and curing agent content. The results showed that, TPV melt flow rate has been increased, the hardness, tensile stength, 100 % stress, elongation, tear strength have showed a lowering trend with the increasing of white oil content. The general mechanical properties were poor when the white oil content over 40 percent, and TPV have both the better flexibility and the strength when the white oil content between 25 percent and 40 percent.
