无卤阻燃TPV复合材料的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用一种新型的无卤阻燃剂,制备无卤阻燃EPDM/PP热塑性硫化胶(TPV)复合材料,并对其性能进行研究;同时考察了增容剂SEBS-g-MAH对无卤阻燃TPV性能的影响。结果表明,随着无卤阻燃剂用量的增加,材料的硬度和100%定伸应力增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率减少,当阻燃剂添加量≧30%时,1.5 mm可达到V1、3.0 mm可达到V0,能满足电线电缆行业的使用要求。增容剂SEBS-g-MAH的加入使无卤阻燃剂与TPV的界面黏结得到改善,使无卤阻燃TPV的拉伸强度提高,增容剂加入5%,不影响无卤阻燃TPV的阻燃性能。 The effect of a new halogen-free flame retardant on the properties of TPV compounds was studied, and at the same time, the effect of compatilizer SEBS-g-MAH on halogen-free flame retarded TPV was also researched. The results showed that; when flame retardant content increased, the hardness and 100 % modulus increased, tensile strength and elongation dreased. The compound with 30 % or more flame retardant could be accord with V1 for 1.5 mm sample and V0 for 3.0 mm sample, the modified compound could meet the demand of electrical cable. The tensile strength of halogen-free flame retarded TPV was improved due to the addition of compatilizer SEBS-g-MAH, resulting from the enhancement of the interfacial adhesion between flame retardant and TPV, 5 % amount of compatilizer SEBS-g-MAH can not influence the compound's flame retardaney.
