摘要
以癸酸和N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为原料进行酯化反应合成中间产物酯胺,再与溴正丁烷进行季铵化反应。通过单因素实验和正交试验对酯化反应和季铵化反应进行探究,探究反应转化率主要受哪些因素的影响。对中间产物作提纯处理,再用IR进行结构表征,结合实验结果确定为癸酸酯胺。酯胺与溴正丁烷发生季铵化反应,转化率偏低,对此进行分析,并对实验提出改进方案。
Capric acid and N- methyl diethanolamine (MDEA) as raw material for the synthesis of intermediate esterification product ester amine, then with bromine butane quaternization reaction. Esterification and quaternization reaction was carried out to explore, to investigate what factors affect the conversion rate. By infrared spectroscopy for structural characterization of intermediate products, combined with the experimental results determined capric acid ester amine. Esteramine with bromobutane make quatemization react, and discuss the reasons for low conversion rate and put forward the suggestions for improvement.
