摘要 目的:建立紫外分光光度法(UV法)快速测定金针菇粉末中麦角甾醇含量。方法:以无水乙醇为提取溶剂,40℃超声15min提取一次,检测波长292nm。结果:麦角甾醇线性范围为5.00-50.00μg/mL.相关系数为O.9995,平均回收率(n=9)为105.31%,样品在24h以内稳定。结论:本方法的线性关系、精密度、稳定性、重复性及精密度均良好,为一种可快速测定金针菇等食用菌中麦角甾醇的测定方法。 Objectic: To establish an Ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV method) for rapid quantitative determination of ergosterol in enoki mushroom. Method: The sample was ultrasonic extracted by alcoholat in 40 ℃ for 15 minutes for 1 time. The detection wavelenth was 292 nm. Results: The liner ranges of ergosterol were 5.00-50.00 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9995), respectively. The average recoveries (n=9) of ergosterolin in enoki mushroom powder was 105.31%, respectively. The sample is stable in 24 hours. Conclusion: The above established method is simple, reliable, stable and accurate, which can be used to determine the ergosterol in the enoki mushroom powder rapidly.
