摘要
以氮气为介质对落叶松木材于180、200、220和240℃下处理4 h。试验得出热处理温度越高,处理材的颜色越深,疏水性明显提高。但相应的冲击韧性、抗弯弹性模量及抗弯静曲强度均下降。240℃处理后,处理材的冲击韧性、抗弯弹性模量及抗弯静曲强度分别下降了61.45%、20.24%及49.54%,而接触角却提高至135°。热处理有利于提高一定湿度环境下的尺寸稳定性。
Larch was thermal-treated in nitrogen atmosphere at 180 ℃, 200 ℃, 220 ℃ and 240 ℃ for 4 h, respectively. The result show that the color of the treated larch wood became deeper and the hydrophobicity improved. However, the impact toughness, modulus of elasticity and modulus of rupture obviously decreased after treated. After treated at 240℃, they correspondingly decreased 61.45 %, 20.24 % and 49.54 %, but the contact angle increased to 135°. Therefore, thermal treatment favors dimensional stability of wood in a wet condition.
