水热法制备纳米银粉及其抗氧化性能研究

摘要 在不使用还原剂的前提下,采用水热法,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂,经高温热分解碳酸银制得银纳米颗粒,并通过单因素试验优选出水热反应时间为5h、水热反成温度180℃、表面活性剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用量为1.74g、硝酸银浓度为0.1mol/L以及沉淀剂选用碳酸氢钠,用量为30mL。用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重分析仪(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外可见分光光度仪对制备产物的表征结果表明,所得纳米银粉呈球形、三角和短棒状,具有面心立方结构,平均粒径在40~60nm之间,在经过氧化氢处理后其紫外可见吸收光谱出现明显的钝化和蓝移。 Silver nanoparticles have been synthesized by the thermal decomposition of silver carbonate without reducing agent through hydrothermal method, in which polyvinyl pyrrolidone was used as protecting agents. Analysis with scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermogravimetic analysis(TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and UV/Visible absorption spectrophotometry indicates that the optimum preparation conditions by single factor experiment include reaction temperature of 180 ~C, reaction time of 5 h, with 0.1 mol/L AgNO3, 30 mL NaHCO3, and 1.74 g PVP, under which the as prepared silver nanoparticles are spherical, triangular and short clavate in shape, face-centered cubic structure and about 40-60 nm in particle size. The UV-visible absorption spectrum of the as prepared silver nanoparticles via H2O2, have been occurred passivation and blue shift.
