Synthesis of Sofosbuvir Intermediates

以L-丙氨酸、苯酚、三氯氧磷、2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯酚为原料,经酯化、磷酰化合成了索菲布韦的重要中间体——2-[(S)-(2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯氧基)-苯氧磷酰胺基]丙酸异丙酯。此工艺具有原料易得、收率较高、质量较好等优点。

An important intermediate of sofosbuvir-2-[（S）-（2, 3, 4, 5, 6-pentafluoro-phenoxy） phenoxyphosphorylamino] propionic acid isopropyl ester synthesized by esterification and phosphorylation reaction from L-alanine, phenol, phosphorus oxychloride, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-pentafluorophenol. The method has several advantages of cheap reagents, high yield and good quality.
