摘要
一般加氢过程对循环氢中H_2S、CO、CO_2等杂质的含量有一定的限制要求,对多杂质氢气分配网络的优化研究更加贴近于实际。近年来对多杂质氢气分配网络的优化主要考虑多种因素如压力约束、氢油比和提纯装置等的影响,发展了相应的图示法和数学规划法,通过案例分析均取得了较好的节氢效果。
For hydrotreating process, the concentration of impurities such as H2S, CO, and CO2 in recycle H2 is normally required to meet certain constraints. The optimization of hydrogen distribution network with multiple impurities is more practical and realistic. In recent years, the published reports mainly focused on the effects of multiple factors such as pressure constraints, hydrogen to oil ratio, and purification devices on the optimization of hydrogen distribution network with multiple impurities. The related diagram approach and mathematical programming were developed, and the consumption of H2 was reduced to a certain degree.
