燃煤电厂废旧脱硝催化剂回收利用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着SCR技术在燃煤电厂中的大规模应用,作为SCR技术核心的脱硝催化剂,由于受到锅炉烟气物理和化学方面的作用,性能逐渐下降,从而失活成为废旧脱硝催化剂。废旧脱硝催化剂一部分可以进行再生,但剩余大部分不可再生,废旧脱硝催化剂已被列为危险固体废弃物,如简单填埋处置,不仅浪费资源,而且可能对周边生态环境带来危害,因此开展废旧脱硝催化剂的回收利用的研究就显得尤为重要,文章就简述了近些年来废旧脱硝催化剂回收利用情况。 With the SCR technology widely applied to coal-fired power plants, denitrification catalyst, which acts the core of the SCR technology, will turn useless due to physical and chemical action of the boiler flue gas. Some wasted-denitrifieation catalyst could be regenerated, but most of them coudnot be done. Now wasted-denitrification catalyst has been defined as hazardous solid waste. If it is disposed by simple method such as landfill, not only is a lot of valuable resource wasted, but also it will cause harm to the surrounding ecological environment. So it is pretty important to study the recycle of wasted-denitriflcation catalyst. During this paper, the research on recycling and utilization of waste denitrification catalyst in recent years is briefly introduced.
