摘要
教学团队建设是高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的一个重要组成部分。针对化工专业的特点,主要在教学队伍建设,课程建设与改革,实验实践环节等方面进行建设和实践,旨在提高教学质量,为学科发展奠定基础。
The construction of teaching team is an important part of the quality project of undergraduate education. Based on the characteristics of chemical engineering, the practice mainly focuses on building of teaching team, reformation of curriculum teaching and practice teaching. In order to enhance teaching quality and lay the foundation for the development of disciplines.
