摘要
本文对延边地区49个水稻家庭农场进行了DEA分析。结果表明:分散的水稻种植户的适度规模经营范围是2hm^2左右;以家庭劳动力为主,适当雇佣劳动力的水稻家庭农场的适度规模经营范围是10hm^2左右;引入社会生产资源的较大规模的水稻家庭农场的适度规模经营范围是36hm^2左右。以此分析结论为基础,提出延边水稻家庭农场的持续发展应走以组织创新与市场创新相结合,以品牌化为支撑的产业化经营道路;并提出旨在推进延边地区水稻家庭农场发展适度土地规模的完善土地流转制度、提升劳力供给保障能力、全面培育农业服务产业等对策。
This paper caried out DEA analysis of 49 rice family farm in Yanbian area. The results showed that the rice farmers of moderate scale management range was 2 hectares; the family labor force, the appropriate labour rice family farm moderate scale range was 10 hectares of the left and right; the introduction of social production resources in larger scale rice family farm the moderate scale range was about 36 hectares. Based on this conclusion,the continuous development of Yanbian rice family farm was to combine organizational innovation with market innovation and develop industrial management supported by branding strategy. Put forward three countermeasures about appropriate scale of Yanbian rice family farm, perfecting the transfer system of farming land, improving the support capability of labor supply and cultivating agricultural services industry comprehensively.
