摘要
本文采用常规石蜡切片法观察了红王子锦带小孢子不同发育时期的细胞学特征,探讨了小孢子发生和雄配子体的发育过程与不同发育阶段花器形态的相关性。研究结果表明:红王子锦带每个花药具4个花粉囊,花药壁由表皮、药室内壁、中层、绒毡层组成。小孢子四分体属四面体型,绒毡层发育属腺质型,出现多核现象。成熟的花粉粒属2-细胞型,具有3个萌发孔,花粉外壁具有针刺状结构。红王子锦带小孢子发育时期与花器形态具有一定的相关性:小孢子处于四分体时花蕾长度<0.5cm,花药<0.3cm,花药绿色,花瓣为紫红色。红王子锦带同一花蕾小孢子发育存在一定程度的渐续性即不同步。
By the means of Paraffin section method, the cytological property of floral organs under different developmental stages of Weigela florida cv. Red Prince was observed, and the relations of microsporogenesis and male gametophyte development with morphological characteristics of floral organs under different development stages were investigated. The results showed that each anther had 4 pollen sacs, anther wall was composed of the epidermis, the endothecium, the middle layer and the tapetum. The microspore tet- rad was tetrahedral, the development of its tapetum was belonged to the gender type; in addition, multiple nucleuses were observed. Mature pollen was two-cell-type with three apertures; pollen surface was cov- ered needle-like bulges. The development stage of microspore revealed somewhat relations with the floral organ morphology of Weigela florida cv. Red Prince, e. g. , at microspore tetrad stage, lengths of flower buds and anthers were less than 0.5 and 0.3 cm, respectively, and anthers were green and petals were purple red. The microspore development of the same buds of Weigela florida revealed somewhat gradual continuity without synchronization.
