复合土钉墙基坑支护施工技术的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着社会的发展,地面建筑越来越高,楼高基深,为了保证地下施工安全和基坑周围建筑物及其他工程安全,尤其是在空间比较狭小的城市里进行高层建筑施工时,基坑开挖范围受限的情况下,往往采取放坡和支护相结合的深基坑支护方式。在众多基坑支护方法中,土钉墙支护由于其工艺简单、施工方便、快速及时以及安全经济和对不同坡面的适应性,在基坑支护及边坡防护中正越来越被广泛地应用。结合开封中石油大厦的具体工程实例,从介绍工程概况开始,沿着基坑支护的土钉墙设计方案、降水方案设计、施工方案以及基坑监测方案设计这条线,然后针对方案进行具体实施以及基坑监测效果的跟踪,最后用经济效果评价的方式来体现复合土钉墙支护方式的经济性和适用性。 With the development of society,the ground buildings are getting higher and higher,high building deep foundation,to ensure the safe construction of underground foundation pit, and the safety of surrounding buildings and other engineering, especially in high-rlse building construction of city with small space, in the condition of limited excavation scope, deep foundation pit supporting combined with deep foundation pit supporting method is always used in field. Among numerous supporting methods of foundation pit, soil nailing wall method is widely used due to its simple process, convenient construction, rapid and timely and economic security, and its adaptability for different slopes, especially in the supporting of foundation pit and slope supporting. Taking CNPC building in Kaifeng City as an exam- pies,this paper firstly introduced the general situation of the project, secondly, introduced the design scheme, dewatering design, con- struction scheme and foundation pit monitoring scheme ; subsequently,the implementation of the design, and the effects of foundation pit monitoring was proposed;at last, by the ways of effect evaluation, the economy and applicability of composite soil nailing wall method was reflected.
