采动影响下大断面大埋深复合顶板煤巷围岩控制技术研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 国投新集刘庄煤矿东三回风二大巷为全煤巷道,沿13-1煤顶板掘进,巷道埋藏深,且为复合顶板,受动压影响。基于东三回风二大巷工程背景,建立了数值计算模型,分析了巷道围岩变形破坏机理,确定采用锚索对巷道顶板与两帮围岩进行加强支护。支护效果表明:锚索加强支护有效提高了支护结构的整体性和承载力,控制了围岩的变形,抵挡住了采动影响,保证了东三回风二大巷的长期稳定和正常使用。 The second main roadway of east return airway No. 3 of Liuzhuang Mine in Xinji Investment Group is coal roadway,which is tunnel led along 13-1 coal roof and influenced by mining, and has the conditions of large embedded depth and compound roof. Based on the engineering background of the second main roadway of east return airway No. 3 ,the numerical calculation model was established,the mechanism of deformation and failure of surrounding rock was analyzed, the anchor cable has been used to strengthen supporting the roadway roof and two sides surrounding rock. The supporting effect shows that, the cable reinforced support can effectively improve the integrity and bearing capacity of the supporting structure, and the deformation of surrounding rock is controlled, and the influence of mining has been resisted, which can ensure the stability and normal use of east main return airway No. 3.
