摘要 针对陈四楼煤矿采煤工作面刮板输送机运行过程中存在的缺陷,提出了针对性的变频改造技术方案,并在实际生产中进行了应用。该方案具有启动转矩大及启停平稳等优点,可达到安全可靠运输的目的。应用结果表明,采煤工作面刮板输送机变频改造及相应措施提高了设备的功率因数和运行效率,同时也提高了井下采煤工作面煤炭运输系统的工作效率。 Aiming at the defects in the operation process of the scraper conveyor in the coal face of Chensilou Coal Mine,the solution of the targeted frequency conversion technology was put forward in this paper, and has been applied in the actual production. The scheme has advantages of large starting torque and smooth start and stop and so on, and can reach the purpose of safe and reliable running. Re- sults of application show that,the frequency conversion transformation and relevant measures has improved the power factor and the op- eration efficiency of equipment, and also improved the work efficiency of ~oal coal transportation system on coal mining face of coal mine.
