摘要
支架液压系统不仅为支架提供动力,同时还控制其运动,它在液压支架使用中起着关键性的作用。针对设计、制造、维修支架过程中出现的常见问题,综合多年实践经验,结合综采工作面地质条件、液压原理、采煤工艺、架型特点等相关因素对支架液压系统设计产生的影响,对液压支架抬底、推移液压系统进行了分析;并依据架型结构特点及其地质条件、采煤工艺,有针对性地增减了液压操纵控制机构、液压辅助机构等液压元件,在实际使用中降低了支架成本,提高了支架寿命,实现了液压支架安全高效生产。
Hydraulic system provides power for the hydraulic support,but also to control its movement ; it plays a key role in the use of hydraulic support. Aiming at the normal problems existing in the design, manufacture and maintenance of hydraulic system combined with years of practical experience and mechanized mining face geological conditions, and the influences of hydraulic principle, mining technology, aircraft type and other relevant factors on the design of hydraulic system, hydraulic support lifting, advancing hydraulic sys- tem were analyzed. Accordin~ to the structure of hydraulic support,geological conditions and mining process,a set of hydraulic compo- nents were improved or reduced, such as hydraulic steering control, hydraulic auxiliary mechanism, and so on, the cost of the hydraulic support is reduced,the service life of hydraulic support is improved, and has achieved a safe and efficient production of hydraulic sup- port
