摘要 针对我国西部矿区的矿井水资源循环利用率低的现状,结合王家塔矿井的水文地质条件和生产实际,制订了矿井水循环利用方案,并在该矿得到成功应用。首先将井下产生的污水注入采空区,通过改造3104水仓、增敷供排水管线和安设恒压水泵,利用采空区储水能力和巷道高差,实现污水在采空区内自流的过程中滤化,然后将过滤后的清水收集至3104清水仓,最后利用恒压供水泵把过滤的清水用于采掘工作面的设备冷却、消防除尘,多余的清水外排至地面。该方案的实施实现了矿井降本增效的目的,也实现了煤炭资源开采条件下的水资源保护利用。 This paper aimed at the actuality of the low utilization rate of mine water resources in western mining area of China, combined with the mine hydrogeological conditions and practical situation of the Wangjiata Coal Mine, the scheme of the mine water cyclic utiliza- tion was developed,and applied successfully in the mineFirstly, pumping underground sewage into the goaf, by transforming the 3104 water storehouse, adding water pipelines and installing constant pressure pump, using the goaf storage capacity and roadway height difference,and implementing sewage filtered in the process of gravity flow in goaf; then collecting the filtered water into 3104 water storehouse;finally,supplying the filtered water to equipment cooling and dedusting of mining work face by using the constant pressure pump, discharging the superfluous water to the ground. This scheme achieved the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency of coal mine, also has realized the protection and utilization of the underground water resources in coal resources mining.
