摘要
设置人工配合饲料、桡足类及二者交替投喂(2 h:2 h)三个饲料组饲养大黄鱼稚鱼[初始体长为(8.18±1.41)mm,体质量为(6.83±1.02)mg],研究三个饲料组对大黄鱼稚鱼生长性能、氨基酸与脂肪酸组成的影响,养殖周期为8周。结果显示,混合组大黄鱼稚鱼存活率及生长性能优于配合饲料组,并明显优于桡足类组(P<0.05);三饲料组大黄鱼稚鱼氨基酸组成差异不明显;配合饲料组和混合组稚鱼脂肪酸组成明显优于桡足类组(P<0.05),但二者之间差异不明显。由研究结果可知,大黄鱼稚鱼培育期间完全使用配合饲料或桡足类不能取得最为理想的培育效果,而桡足类与配合饲料混合使用可以提高大黄鱼稚鱼的成活率,促进大黄鱼稚鱼生长。
An 8-week experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of formula feed and copepod on growth, amino acid and fatty acid composition of larvae Pseudosciaena crocea [initial average body length of (8.18±1.41) mm and initial average weight of (6.83±1.02) mg] cultured in round plastic cylinder with an effective volume of 200 L. The larvae were fed with three different diets in the experiment. The larvae in group A were fed with formula feed, those of group B with the alternative of formula feed and copepod (2 h: 2 h) and those of group C with eopepod. Each diet group had three repetitions, 300 ind in each repetition. The fish was fed to satiation everyday. The temperature ranged from 24.8 to 25.2 ℃, salinity from 26 to 27, pH from 7.8 to 8.1 and the dissolved oxygen was kept above 5 mg/L during the experiment period. The results showed that survival rates and growth performance of group B were significantly higher than that of group C(P〈0.05), but no significant difference with group A. There was no significant difference among the three diet groups in amino acid composition. The fatty acids composition of group A and B was significantly higher than that of group C (P〈0.05), but no significance was found between group A and group B. It can be concluded from the experi- mental results that combination of formula feed and copepod improved better growth performance and higher survival rate of R crocea than those of artificial feed or copepod alone.
