非接触眼压计回弹式眼压计及Goldmann三种眼压仪测量眼压的对比研究 被引量:6

摘要 眼压(intraocular pressure,IOP)是眼球内容物作用球壁的压力,眼压的测量是眼科的基本、重要检查项目,它是青光眼的重要诊断依据,是评价疾病进展和治疗效果的主要参数之一,对其他眼科疾病的临床诊治也有重要意义。临床上常用的眼压计有Schiotz眼压计、Goldmann眼压计、非接触眼压计(NCT)等,其测量的理论基础多为Limber-Fick定理,即将角膜变形到一定程度时外力的值等于眼压。
