压载水管理公约是针对压载水污染的一项国际公约,于2016年11月生效.立足于此,首先概述了压载水管理公约的内容,然后简要地分析了压载水管理公约的动向,最后,就我国的履约对策提出了几点建议,包括强化立法保护海洋环境、加快自主研发进程、密切国际合作、航运企业积极改进.
