With the development of Mobile Communication Technology, especially the popularity of Handheld Intelligent Terminal Equipment in universities, Mobile Learning has become more and more widely. This paper analyzes the form and content of Mobile Learning Mode, discusses the theory and application of Mobile Learning Mode, in order to better play the application of Mobile Learning Mode in the teaching of universities.
